The exhibition entitled Bílou Stopou (By the White Track), which was prepared by the National Museum together with the Czech Ski Association on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the founding of this association, presents objects from the history and present of Czech skiing. In the exhibition, you can see for the first time a unique collection of Olympic and championship medals of our most important skiers from the second half of the 20th century to the present day, such as the medals of Jiří Raška, Olga Charvátová, Kateřina Neumannová, Aleš Valenta, Jakub Janda, Šárka Strachová, Eva Adamczyková, EsterLedecká and many others. Objects and archives from the sports collections of the National Museum are also exhibited, such as ski medals from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries or a picture with a skiing theme painted by the pioneer of many sports in our country and the founder of the Czech Ski Club, Josef Rössler Ořovský.
